48And he brought me to the jamb of the house, and he measured the jamb: five cubits from the entrance and five cubits from the entrance, and the width of the gate three cubits on this side and three cubits on that side.49The length of the porch was twenty cubits, and the width twelve cubits, and there were steps by which they ascend to it, and pillars to the pilasters, one on this side and one on that side.

Chapter 41
1And he brought me to the temple, and he measured the pilasters: six cubits wide on this side and six cubits wide on that side, the width of the temple.2And the width of the entrance was ten cubits, and the sides of the entrance were five cubits on this side and five cubits on that side, and he measured its length at forty cubits and its width at twenty cubits.3And he came to the inner space and measured the post of the entrance at two cubits, and the entrance at six cubits, and the width of the entrance at seven cubits.4And he measured its length at twenty cubits and its width at twenty cubits, facing the Temple. And he said to me, "This is the holy of holies."5And he measured the wall of the house at six cubits, and the width of the side at four cubits, all around the house all around.6And the side-chambers were side by side, three and thirty times, and they entered the wall of the house for the side-chambers all around, to be held, and they were not held in the wall of the house.7And it widened and surrounded upward to the sides, for the house was surrounded upward all around the house. On account of this the house widened upward, and so the lower one ascends to the upper one, to the middle one.8And I saw the height of the house all around: the foundations of the side chambers were a full six-cubit projection by the reed.9The thickness of the side wall toward the outside was five cubits. It was the ledge of the house on the sides next to the house.10And between the chambers was a width of twenty cubits around the house on all sides.11And the opening of the side chamber for the offering had an opening on the north side and an opening on the south side, and the width of the place for the offering was five cubits all around.12And the building that is in front of the separated area at the corner of the way to the sea is seventy cubits wide. And the wall of the building is five cubits wide all around, and its length is ninety cubits.13And he measured the house: its length one hundred cubits; and the separate area and the structure with its walls: their length one hundred cubits.14And the width of the front of the house and the gizzrah toward the east was a hundred cubits.15And he measured the length of the house to the front of the partition that is at its rear, and its attics on this side and on that side were a hundred cubits, as well as the inner temple and the courts of the court.16The thresholds and the windows and the lattices and the latticed windows were all around to their three stories, opposite the threshold, paneled with wood all around all around. And the lattice went up to the windows, and the windows were covered.17Above the doorway, and on the inside of the house and outside, and on all the walls all around—inside and out—were carvings.18And they made cherubim and palm trees, a palm tree between cherub and cherub, and two faces to the cherub.19And faces of Adam on the palm tree on one side, and faces of lion on the palm tree on the other side, made on all the house all around.20From the ground up to above the entrance, cherubim and palms were carved on the walls of the temple.21The doorposts of the temple were four-sided, and the face of the holy place had this appearance.22The altar was of wood, three cubits high, and its length was two cubits. It had its corners, and its length and its walls were of wood. And he said to me, "This is the table that stands before the LORD."23And there were two doors for the temple and for the holy place.24And there were two doors for each door: two folding doors for one door, and two doors for the other door.25And on them, on the doors of the temple, were cherubim and palm trees, just as there were on the walls; and thick wood was on the face of the porch on the outside.26And there were closed windows and palms here and there on the side walls of the porch, and on the sides of the house, and on the beams.
